SDU Summer School with Seasoned

We are thrilled to share that BCC Innovation participated in the SDU Summer School in Odense (Denmark) as part of the SEASONED Horizon Europe Twinning Project. This prestigious event was a hub for sensory science and gastronomy enthusiasts, and we were proud to be part of it.

María Mora, a dedicated researcher from the sensory science area at BCC Innovation, brought her wealth of knowledge and passion to the program. Her participation underscored two critical areas that are central to BCC Innovation’s mission:

  • Consumer-centered design in new product development

María emphasized the importance of putting the consumer at the core of our design process. She shared insights on integrating consumer feedback and preferences into our research projects. This approach ensures that the products we develop truly resonate with market needs, leading to greater success and consumer satisfaction.

  • Food pairing and gastronomy

María also highlighted how BCC Innovation applies food pairing principles to create unique and unforgettable culinary experiences. This approach drives innovation in both the food industry and the HORECA sector (Hotel/Restaurant/Café), setting new standards for excellence and creativity in gastronomy.

We are proud of María’s contributions and the impactful work done by BCC Innovation. Participating in the SDU Summer School allowed us to share our knowledge, learn from others, and continue pushing the boundaries of sensory science and gastronomy. Stay tuned for more updates on our innovative projects and collaborations!
