ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Our mission is to promote entrepreneurship and to generate new businesses linked to gastronomy and food, both locally and globally. We seek companies/entrepreneurs who, through technology, have business ideas that transform the industry, to help them to accelerate their market launch process. More than 50 start-ups have already gone through BCC’s innovation ecosystem.
This ecosystem has two positive sides to it. Companies that are already established in the sector connect with start-ups which provide solutions to their challenges and needs, thus increasing the speed of their innovation process. In turn, start-ups connect with customers, which allows them to develop more rapidly.
