BCC INNOVATION PARTICIPATES IN THE HACKSUMMIT IN LAUSANNE

Last Friday, 12th of May, Fuqan Meerza, chef researcher at BCC Innovation, participated in a panel discussion during the Hacksummit event organised by FoodHack. Meerza shared his point of view and experience regarding the topic ‘Consumer Acceptance of Alternative Proteins’ alongside experts in this specific sector such as Deniz Ficicioglu from BettaFish, Christoph Jenny from Planted, and Yannick Gächter from The Cultured Hub. The discussion was moderated by Matt Reynolds from WIRED!
